RESIDENTIAL LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION PROCESS

Landscaping installed in 6 easy steps

CONSULTATION

Intake

Initial phone call or meeting to discuss your project to determine if a design is required or simply a free estimate.

If Design Services Are Not Required

Schedule on site free estimate and move to step 2

Design Services Required

When your project requires design services, a design service proposal will be sent to you that outlines the type of design products offered and their associated pricing. After design completion, 50% of the estimated design fee will be credited in the proposal if you choose to us to install your project.

SURVEY & MEASUREMENTS

We visit your property to discuss your project vision. We learn how you intend to use your new space and what amenities and functionality you desire. We survey and take measurements to prepare landscape design plan. This allows us to be as accurate as possible when calculating materials, labor and scale of the project.

INTIAL DESIGN

We present the first draft of your design and take your feed back.

DESIGN REVISIONS AND PROJECT PRICING

After receiving initial design feedback, any necessary revisions will be made and a final design draft will be created.

With your approval of the final design, we provide you with a project proposal. Upon your acceptance, the remaining 50% of design fees will be waived.

INSTALLATION

Proposal Acceptance

After project proposal acceptance, we will take an initial deposit to be placed on our waiting list. We provide you with a project time line and estimated start date.

Scheduling

Projects are scheduled in the order they are approved by the client and run on a “first come, first serve” basis. On the start date of your project, the next payment in the payment schedule will be due.

Installation

Having work done at your property can sometimes be overwhelming and stressful. We strive to be efficient, respectful and professional during the process of your landscape installation. Your sales person transitions to your project manager to allow for seamless project production and communication.

A final walk through will take place with your project manager to review the finished product and provide you with any needed instructions of use and will also answer any additional questions you may have. Your final invoice will follow and payment will be taken.
